If your camera arrives damaged, isn't working as it should, or is noticeably different from its description, just reach out as soon as you can. We'll look into it carefully and always work towards a fair solution. You'll never be left on your own with it.

Orders are usually on their way within one business day. Every parcel is tracked, and delivery times vary a little depending on where in Australia you are. You'll get a tracking link the moment your camera ships.

Right across Australia, and standard shipping is free on every order. Each one goes tracked and insured with a signature required on delivery, protected by Dear Digi Transit Protection, with no postage added at checkout. If you need it sooner, an express option is available at checkout for an additional cost. We're not shipping internationally just yet.

Yes. Every included battery is tested before it's shipped. Like any rechargeable battery its stamina naturally softens with age, but replacements for most models are easy and inexpensive to find, and we're glad to point you to the right one.

Because every Dear Digi camera is a one-of-a-kind piece, chosen and photographed individually, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your camera arrives with an issue or isn't as described, please get in touch, we'll always work with you to make things right, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Most cameras save your photos to an SD card, which makes moving them across simple. You can use:

• An SD card reader for your computer
• A Lightning or USB-C SD card adapter for your phone
• The USB cable, on supported models
